Wow. Let me just tell you what a privilege it was to capture the moments of Joanna & Steven’s STUNNING Cape Coral wedding! It started out as a beautifully hot morning in Cape Coral, Florida… the bride was getting ready, makeup was being done, and bridesmaids were busying themselves with all the last-minute details that needed to be finished. Such a perfect day to get married in sunny southwest Florida!

Joanna chose a stunning lace-up gown, and it fit her hourglass figure perfectly. The ruffles that encircled the bottom of the dress truly made this bride look as though she sashayed around the room, as graceful a bride as I have ever seen. So beautiful! Truly, this woman is so photogenic!

The flower girl was sooooo completely adorable. I kept catching her throughout the day, sneaking a wistful peek at the bride. Just makes you wonder what’s swirling around in that little head of hers…perhaps dreams of her own future wedding? I guess we’ll never know…

Fort Myers Beach Florida Wedding Photographer – Corrie & Jason | Married!

Corrie and Jason planned a truly amazing wedding day! They got married with their toes in the sand on the beautiful Fort Myers Beach in Florida, complete with a sand unity ceremony (while their adorable little girl played in the sand at her feet). It was so intimate and precious! Corrie and Jason then moved the party to a couple of beach houses while we awaited the sunset…and BOY are we glad! The sunset on Fort Myers Beach that night was FABULOUS! See for yourself!

Carrie and Brian were married at the Church of the Resurrection of Our Lord in Fort Myers, Florida and the reception was held at Pelican Preserve Golf and Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida…and it was such a beautiful and unique wedding. The bride and groom really put a lot of thought and effort into even the finest details of their day, right down to the reading of “I’ll Love You Forever” by the groom and his mom, to the bridal party entrance dance to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”. (It was totally awesome!) They also chose a fabulous cupcake tier cake from Norman Love Confections…and they were so sweet in delicately helping each other take a bite. I was honored to be a part of their special, amazing day!

Jessica & Neal are two people who are very near and dear to my heart…they have been in our lives for a number of years and we just love them to pieces. It was an intimate destination wedding…they moved to Cincinnati, Ohio and returned to their hometown of Polkton, North Carolina for the wedding…and it was breathtakingly beautiful there in autumn! See for yourself!

They didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony on the Big Day…so we did this “both sides of the door” photo instead! These two are so sweet!!

A wedding gift for the bride! Handmade; I love it!!

Jessica created this bouquet by hand, from brooches given to her from her family and friends, who had prayed over each one in blessing of Jessica and Neal’s marriage. It doesn’t get much better than that.

Oh my goodness…where do I start? Heidi and Kevin are an amazing couple who were just so awesome to work with. We shot their engagement session earlier in the year, and the wedding (so quickly!) snuck up on us in October 2011. The wedding was held at the DiamondHead Beach Resort on Fort Myers Beach in Florida, and everything was elegant and pristinely beautiful!

Such a fantastic group of girls!!

The decor was just amazing!
